Welcome to Falkland In Bloom...

"Our main aim in Falkland in Bloom is to attempt to improve the local environment in which we live. We do this in many ways, through horticulture, recycling, sustainability and encouraging the conservation of our landscape and biodiversity. As the years have progressed we have found ourselves also becoming involved in litter prevention and education. Through this website we would simply hope to tell others about our work and to encourage other communities to become involved in similar projects"

Dave Clark

Can you help?

The old farm carts that stand at focal points in the village and which are represented in our group logo, need regular repair and refurbishment, simply because they require to stand out in all weathers over many years. The most difficult parts to repair or replace have proved to be the carts' wheels and although Falkland in Bloom has been able to purchase one pair, urgently seeks two more. We would be most grateful to hear from anyone with any information allowing us to source wheels that could be fitted to our carts.
