Britain In Bloom 2009...

Falkland was crowned Champion of Champions at the recent Britain in Bloom Award Ceremony in Torquay, Falkland was the only community to receive a Gold award, the other two communities receiving Silver awards. Falkland also was awarded the Young People's Discretionary Award for the continued involvement of local Schools and Youth groups.

In 2010 the community is again included in this prestigious campaign. It is hoped that we can again win a gold award and retain our status as Champion of Champions.
